In home observation

This observational (ethnographic) methodology combines observation and interview at the respondent’s place: by observing and listening to the respondent, who moves and acts in a familiar environment, precious data, being spontaneously conveyed, can be collected not only on their consumption habits, but also on their lifestyle, rituals and behaviours and on how products and product usage integrate with them.
Significant insights to fine-tune and optimize products and brands are the objective of “in home observation” technique.
